Cancellation Policy:

We require 24 hours notice of cancellation prior to your appointment.

We reserve the right to charge clients for last minute cancellations and no call no shows based on the following schedule. All charges must be paid prior to your next visit. Also we may require a card to be placed on file before booking further appointments.

1. No charge if canceled 24hrs prior to your appointment.
2. 50% charge for same day cancellation.
3. 100% charge for no call no show.

Should we have to cancel your appointment every effort will be made to reschedule within 2 weeks. In addition we may also offer a discount on your next visit. 

Every situation is handled on a case by case basis with a high regard for customer service.
